Customer Service Executive Team Leader to £21k

ROLE:
To ensure through activity and supervision, that the operations of the business are run smoothly, professionally, whilst adopting a cost effective method at all times. Responsibilities include:
a) Providing a high level of service to both existing and new clients – Account Management.
b) Ensuring that jobs are allocated appropriately i.e. Engineers vs. Subcontractors.
c) Managing the workload of a team of locksmiths, allocating work, route planning and ensuring all jobs are completed on time.
d) Quotations for work; reporting; pricing; invoicing.
e) General office processes – Paperwork.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Effective communication skills both over the telephone and face to face.
b) Man-management skills / supervisory experience is essential for the team leader position.
c) An excellent work ethic with a mental toughness and a desire to learn and take on additional responsibility.
d) PC Literate with competent keyboard skills.
e) Flexibility to adapt hours and work to meet customer demand.

Please note: You will need to have Team Leading experience to be considered for the Team Leader role, which has a basic salary of £17-21K. The customer service executive role has a basic salary of £15-17K.
