Mobile Sheltered Scheme Managers (2-3 positions available) are required to join the Neighbourhood Services and Supported Housing team at our clients' offices in Windsor .
The main duties of the role will be to assist the existing scheme managers with administrative support , more specifically with support planning and updating the residents' files as appropriate. You may also be asked to assist with some general duties within scheme management from time to time. Due to the nature of the role, the duties may vary and include the provision of counselling, advice and support to tenants, ensuring that properties are safely maintained , and providing a well co-ordinated service to tenants.
Skills and Experience
Applicants must have experience of Scheme Management, in order to be able to contribute effectively to the team.
A CRB check is required for this role.
Must have a driving licence and reliable transport.
Effective communication and organisation skills.
Other information
2-3 roles are available, and you are required to start as soon as possible.
