A popular Reading school are looking to appoint a temporary Maths Teacher from November the 2nd. The ideal candidate will have proven experience teaching mathematics up to KS5.

The successful applicant must hold a formal teaching qualification and QTS or equivalent. Previous teaching experience in the UK is preferred but not essential. The candidate must display solid behavioural management skills and an in-depth knowledge of their subject areas. You will be expected to provide a positive learning environment in the school and contribute to raising the standards of pupil and student attainment.

The ideal candidate will possess:

·         Experience teaching Maths to mixed ability classes at Key Stage 3, 4 and 5

·         Genuine enthusiasm for their chosen subject

·         Excellent classroom management technique

·         Flexible and adaptable approach to work
