Ibanez JEM project, one of a kind!

Up for grab is my beloved IBANEZ JEM project which I spent a great deal of money and time on it.

The body is JEM design mahogany with an amazing holoflash finish paint job which was done in US by this famous workshop which I cannot remember the name now!. The back paintjob is black and is a bit matt. Few very small surface scratches. I spent around £250 on body alone.

Neck was originally custom made without logo but I was not happy so replaced it with a real Ibanez neck. However it’s RG series.

Bridge is an original EDGE lo-pro and is a mix of black and cosmic for saddles. I bought 2 new edge trems and mixed them to make it look super cool. It goes so well with the paint job.

Pickups (All bought from Cottam Guitars):

Bridge: DiMarzio Humbucker Steve’s Special, F spaced
Middle: Seymour Duncan.
Neck: Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro
I have the original boxes of these pickups if you want. In case you wish to sell and replace them.

Neck and machinhead: Ibanez RG Series, RG320DXQM, almost new, smooth and fast, no fretwear

Bridge: Edge tremolo, black and cosmic
Other hardware: Decent black 5 way switch, knobs from axesrus. No discolouring

For those of you hardcore JEM lovers, I am not trying to sell this as a real thing. So no hatemails please!

This guitar is on a heavy side and although it was set up properly about a year ago, it has hardly been played. Depending on your taste you may wish to set it up again.

My items are from a pet/smoke free home. I have one too many guitars and some of them should go! Check my other posts and you may find something you like!
