A Sous Chef is required for a Conference Centre near to High Wycombe. Offering a salary of 19,000 - 22,000 dependent on experience. This position is ideal for a Senior Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie looking for their first Sous Chef role.

Job Description
* The Sous Chef will be working alongside a very talented Head Chef cooking for an A la Carte Restaurant as well as catering for weddings and functions.
* The Sous Chef will be working in a brigade of 6 Chefs and will be responsible for the running of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
* The Sous Chef will ensure that all Health and Hygiene standards are followed at all times.

Required Experience
The Sous Chef will currently be working as a Sous Chef or a Chef de Partie in a Conference Centre or Hotel and will be experienced in catering for volume as well as ensuring the quality is still high.

Salary and Benefits
The Salary being offered for this role is 19,000 - 22,000 dependent on experience. This position would be ideal for a first Sous Chef role.
