Trainee/Experienced Recruitment Consultant, Hays PA Secretarial and Office Support, Windsor
There is currently an excellent opportunity in our Windsor office to join Hays Office Support, part of the Accountancy and Finance brand.
You will specialise in office support recruitment where roles dealt with can range from Data Entry Clerks to Project Managers. This position will require excellent organisational skills and effective time management to ensure that all vacancies are filled successfully and this desk is managed efficiently. By the very nature of Office Support, this will be a busy desk with a lot of scope and will focus greatly on the development of new business.
Duties and responsibilities
Using sales, business development and marketing techniques in order to attract business from client companies;
building relationships with clients;
developing a good understanding of what client companies do and their work culture;
advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts using a wide range of media
headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates;
receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates;
checking references and suitability of applicants before referral to employers for interview;
arranging interviews for the right candidates with the clients;
preparing CV's and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants;
informing candidates about the results of their interviews and preparing letters of appointment;
negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates;
offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression; reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.

You will also be responsible for checking the eligibility of your candidates. This will be audited to ensure 100% compliance and it will be your responsibility to ensure a smooth flow of documentation to complete the process successfully. A full UK driving licence is essential.
