Lounge, Room Service and Bars Manager required for a prestigious hotel

Candidates must have a background at a Supervisory / managerial level from within a premier hotel. Experience of food and beverage service is required for this opportunity including the service of cocktails and room service.

You will be responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth running of the lounge and bars department to ensure standards are maintained and excellent service given to clients.

The salary is given as from £20,000 - £25,000 / per annum / live out. Transport is essential for this role
