JOB DESCRIPTION– MARKET RESEARCHER


OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

• To carry out in-depth interviews with businesses over the telephone

• To use the computer to record responses

• To carry out occasional administrative duties


SKILLS REQUIRED

Must haves

• Excellent English

• Good telephone manner with clear speaking voice

• Basic pc skills

Nice to have

• Telephone interviewing experience

• Knowledge of Excel and /or Access


PAY AND CONDITIONS

• Office based role in Molly Millars Lane, Wokingham

• Flexible, part time role of a minimum 1 day per week but could be more. Hours to suit eg can fit school hours or work 2 days one week and none the next

• Pay £9 per hour

• Initially a fixed term contract to end of November but likely to extend

• Trial period of 2 weeks
