The Royal Brompton Harefield NHS Trust is one of the largest and most experienced centres in the world for heart and lung transplants. The hospital is known throughout the world for their expertise, standard of care, research success and has more than 900 staff, five operating theatres and four catheter laboratories.

Geneva Health is working in partnership with The Royal Brompton Harefield NHS Trust to recruit experienced Theatre Nurses/ ODPs to join their theatre teams. This role requires experienced theatre practitioners who are motivated and hardworking. However if you are an outstanding candidate who can demonstrate the commitment to learn we would be willing to consider you.

To be considered you will be NMC or HPC registered and have at least 2 years relevant, post registration experience or a recognised post registration course in Anaesthetics / Theatres.

Successful candidates will commence at Band 5 until all competencies are achieved and you are able to take on-call shifts, at which time you will be moved to a Band 6, generally speaking the expectation would be within 8-12 weeks. Theatres at Harefield have a strong culture of multi skilling however if you have experience in either anaesthetic or scrub they would be pleased to consider your application as motivation and a drive to provide the best service are their main considerations.
