Hospital requires an experienced social worker for their Children and Families team. The manager has requested that potential candidates don't need to have previous hospital experience, they do need to have at least 12 months front line C+F experience, this can be in the guise of referral and assessment or child protection. The duties within this team will involve: Pre-birth assessments, Multi-Disciplinary Psychosocial Ward Meetings, Initial Assessments, Core Assessments, S.47 Child Protection investigations, Family & Children's Court Work, Liaison with Medical Professionals.
This role is scheduled to last for at least 9 months with the strong possibility of an extension.
