Experienced Support Workers required within the Reading area

You will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be reliable, dependable, have a flexible approach to working patterns and have the ability to work on own initiative and/or as part of a team which is dedicated in providing a quality service to people with a learning disability.Significant experience in an environment of working with people with learning disabilities is required.
