Basic £18,000-£30,000 & Up-capped OTE £40K - £60K+
Due to Company growth this leading IT and Telecommunications organisation is looking to recruit a Telecoms Sales Executive to successfully sell services and ensure client satisfaction within an existing SME client base and win new business opportunities.. The Company offer fantastic career development and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to move into management or field sales should they desire. You will be targeted to cross-sell / up-sell IT and Telecoms solutions and retain clients whilst winning new business for various internal departments.
Main duties
To call small and medium enterprises presenting a variety of Telecoms products/solutions
To identify opportunities and close sales with end users with a possibility for a field sales engineer to visit and present the required product/solution
To reach the targets outlined by the Manager in each engagement
Exceeding phone time, decision maker calls and sales targets.
Ensure consistent customer experience on all outgoing and incoming calls.
Ensure company branding and customer experience is maximised on every engagement.
Develop And nurture relations to an existing client base to secure repeat business.
Up-sell and cross-sell unified communication solutions to existing clients to ensure we are the sole provider of all their IT and telecoms needs.
To attend, undertake program training and continually improve sales and technical skill sets.
Ensuring data quality within CRM System.
Communicate with internal management on issues concerning the successful delivery of projects.
Skills and experience required
Experienced in developing and nurturing relationships with end potential clients
Possess strong telephone communication skills (listening/questioning/probing skill and objection handling)
Take ownership for furthering product knowledge
Have detailed contract knowledge of client proposition, features, advantages and benefits
Demonstrated track record of achieving KPI’s i.e. retention & revenue targets.
Proven success in winning new business or securing repeat business within technology sector
Proven knowledge of the Telecoms industry – Preferable, not essential.
Advanced IT skills
Salary
Basic £18,000-£30,000 & Up-capped OTE £40K - £60K+
Hours
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
