I'm situated at the top end of whitley nearer to town off newcastle road. I have 2 double bedrooms and 1 single big enough for bunk bed and wardrobe. bathroom newly fitted upstairs and newly fitted toilet downstairs. average sized kitchen newly fitted too within year. lounge/diner nice space enough room for computer too. back garden off kitchen mediunm sized garden does need work doing to it as not much of a gardener. have seating area on concrete by back door with wall seperating from grass area. space to extend kitchen if need be. front garden on walk which is quiet. parking either side of walk also the choice too rent a garage for £11 a month i think. bus stop to town at end of walk. primary school 5 min walk, reading girls 5 min, jma mixed secondary 15 min walk or bus at end of walk. park round corner,uni through park,community centre,sure start,morrisons,leisure centre,currys, pet world and much more all within walking distance. if you want to know anymore please let me know. I want a 3/4 bed house/maisionette/bungalow not southcote area too far from town or earley thanks. i want to move out of whitley and be nearer to family in caversham if poss. near all amenties as i don't drive. thanks.
