We are graphic designers and have a large ground-floor room available to rent at a reduced rate to a web designer in return for working on our projects at a reduced rate. We don't have enough work to warrant employing a full-time person but are keen to offer the service. If you need office space to run your own business, can't afford a place of your own and are happy to work as an associate then this could be an ideal solution. One parking space is offered. We have yet to work out what to do about utility bills. All subject to negotiation
