We are currently looking for a Change Co-Ordinator who can help improve service delivery by reducing the number of change related incidents. You should have experience of SLA`s and KPI`s and previously of worked in a ITIL environment and preferably be ITIL accredited. It would be highly desirable to have at least 1 years experience in service or change management and ideally over 3 years + in IT in general. Please forward your cv for further details.
