The Role
We’re offering three talented developers the chance to join our established development team, responsible for creating and launching innovative new features ready for web users. Amongst other skills (scribed below), a passion for the industry and the willingness to learn is essential. Only candidates with these qualities need apply.

In return we’ll give you invaluable on the job training learning everything from cutting agile development methods and tools, product conceptualisation, user experience testing, development best practice ‘at the heart of AJAX’, and much more.

"So what do I have to do?" we hear you ask... Well, it’s simple really. You’ll be able to amaze us with your ability to listen, learn, put your development skills into practice on a variety of projects, and understand the importance of deadlines. But after three months, the most talented intern will be offered a permanent role as a Junior Front End Developer!

The candidate must be:
• Educated to degree standard or higher
• A problem solver
• A logical thinker
• Enthusiastic about the web
• Personable and approachable

Experience in the following technologies is essential:
• 2+ years HTML
• 2+ years CSS
• 1+ years DOM scripting / DHTML
• 1+ year JavaScript

Experience using the following is a nice to have:
• Ajax
• JSP
• JSTL
