Systems Portfolio Architect
Reporting to the Architecture and Design Lead, the Systems Portfolio Architect role has the responsibility for analysing high level architectural and conceptual design documentation, and producing high-level and low-level design documentation sets sufficient to pass to the build teams.This position is for a highly skilled technical Systems Portfolio Architect.
Your experience will include:
Strong design skills in the OSS Provisioning space e.g. AXIOSS, Cramer, Metasolv, Granite ideally.
Professional background in a similar position involving solution design and development, covering more than 2 fields among provisioning, inventory, alarm management, performance management
OSS process and IT solution expertise
Ability to interface to senior management on Technical issues
Leadership, Negotiator, Influencer, Commercial awareness
Expert knowledge of the software development lifecycle
xDSL services, NGN / IP network and telecom networks expertise
Knowledge on third party software
Experience working within a large managed service contract.
Process driven and organisational approach to work
Proven ability to create complete designs from conceptual architecture documentation
Thorough understanding of assurance OSS stack and processes (Test and Diagnostics, trouble tickets, alarms, test, performance, QoS)
Experience of designing assurance workflows, scenarios, exceptions, inventory data, Interface designs
Experience in specifying interfaces to work with network Element Managers and defining / specifying North Bound Interfaces between element manages and OSS
Exposure to addressing non-functional requirements
