Our client requires committed and technically minded call centre staff to help support their busy team. This is an overnight role where you will be providing assistance to customers who are having problems connecting to the internet. Thus, IT knowledge and a familiarity with computers is a must. Applicants should be dedicated and hard working with an EXCELLENT telephone manner and should not have an issue with working unsociable hours. Applicants should not mind taking on other administrative duties if call numbers are low.
