I work for a well established recruitment company based in the centre of Reading. Even in the recession, we're performing outstandingly well and we're looking to grow our team of recruitment consultants. We need people who are confident, resiliant, bubbly and want to work hard and play hard.

You'll have the chance to develop a technical speciliasm (eg: nuclear engineering, quality, electronics, etc) and dictate how you run your business.

Commission is uncapped, so its not unheard of for people to earn £65k+ in their first full year (our starting basic is £20k, rising to £25k after one year)

The job:
Liasing with client and candidates to find the best people and the best jobs.
Business development, finding leads and generating new business
Negotiating to get the best deal and earn as much as you can
Selling at every opportunity and building you technical market knowledge

Requirements:
You'll need a 2:1 from a respected university and the ability to learn quickly
Confidence
Resiliance - as with any commission based job, the amount of work you put in will dictate your earning potential
