UK owned our client are one of Europe`s largest IT service providers. Employing over 9000 worldwide and with revenue in excess of £2bn they provide businesses throughout Europe with the latest in technology sourcing and infrastructure integration to outsources management services.
Joining as Graduate Sales Associate you will embark on an intensive 18 month training program where you will gain groundwork in the basics of sales principles, the industry, its customers and their competitors. Throughout you will benefit from one to one coaching, guidance and support from the client directors.
On successful completion of the programme you will be rewarded with promotion to Key Account Manager working with one of their vertically-aligned customer sectors. In this role you can expect to earn around the £70k mark in your first full year with the aim of reaching over £180k by year 5. Moving on from this after five years you will have the opportunity to progress through to becoming a Client Director.
So what are we looking for? To apply for this graduate sales programme you must be educated to degree level or above with plenty of ambition and drive, determination, a willingness to learn new skills and a hunger to forge a successful career in sales. An aspect of the role will involve attending client visits onsite therefore a full, clean UK driving licence is essential for this role.
No previous experience in sales is necessary as full sales training will be provided.
