Job Title - Customer Service
Hours - Part Time (26hrs – 28.5hrs/week)

Job Responsibilities:
• To handle customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail in an efficient and timely manner.
• To have a clear, concise and friendly approach towards customers.
• To manage own time effectively and continually check that quality standards are being met.
• To deal with all queries raised by colleagues in a professional and timely manner.
• To liaise closely with relevant departments on all Customer issues.
Requirements:
• Excellent telephone manner; professional, positive, upbeat, patient, flexible & friendly.
• Remains customer focused at all times.
• Computer literate (Excel, email).
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team; as well as using own initiative.
This role will include working the following hours:
Mondays to Thursdays: 1pm - 5.30pm (6pm)
Fridays: 9am - 5.30pm (6pm)
