My client, an 'out of town' DIY retailer who are going through a huge expansion exercise across their business is looking for a Department Manager to work in their over achieving store in Basingstoke .
If you are a dynamic, energetic Manager with a genuine passion for retail then this is the job for you .
I need a candidate who has experience of not only managing staff but also driving those staff towards company set sales figures . A candidate who has been accountable for cashing up , merchandising , store figures , training & motivating staff , opening & closing the store , but most importantly someone who has taken the whole responsibility of managing the operation from the front .
The rewards for this role are a salary of £25,000 plus the chance to work for one of the top names in British retail . Full training will be provided from induction .
