A high profile client, who are the global market leader in their field is looking for a Multilingual support consultant to join their Global Helpdesk team. The 2nd Line Support Analyst must be fluent in English and Romanian.The Multilingual Support Analyst must have a good, strong IT support background upto 2nd line level. The 2nd line Support Analyst role involves supporting our client's software application which is used by their global client base. The role is based in Bucharest so fluent English language skills are essential.
The day to day responsibilities for the Multilingual Support Analyst will include:
Ensuring ownership of issues as per the SLA
Entering relevant data into CRMS, and ensure it is kept up-to-date at all times
Complying with handover and escalation processes
Performing User Management activities, read and address issues in the mailboxes, daily check open tickets and update accordingly
Comply with QC program, providing technical ISP, Telecoms and hardware support
Process development to ensure global 100% connectivity compliance and where applicable provide Extranet/ InStruct OnLine support to Project Managers and Customers
