£20,000 + generous holidays + training and development + progression
Due to expansion a private care organisation specialising in Adult residential care and supported living are currently recruiting for a Deputy Home Manager.
With an emphasis on providing quality care in a homely, comfortable environment, the successful Deputy Care Manager will have a track record in innovative learning disability care and be really committed to listening fully to the requirement of their clients.
You will be passionate about care and have experience of working with adults with learning difficulties within a small residential care setting. You will also have at least NVQ 4 in Health and Social Care (adults)
The role:
*Motivate and support a team of support and care workers.
*37 hours a week full time, permanent post.
*Getting involved with the day to day care/ activities of adults with learning difficulties including regular activities.

*Minimum NVQ 4 in Health and Social Care (Adults)
*Already be a Deputy Manager within an Adults with Learning Difficulties residential setting.
*Excellent communication skills and passionate for quality.
