As a recruitment consultant at Huxley Associates you will have the opportunity to become an engineering specialist, and be given all the necessary tools and support to run and manage your own profitable desk. As a market specialist you will take a consultative approach towards clients to become a leader in today’s industry.

As a trainee, you will be working alongside already extremely successful individuals, who will provide consistent mentoring and guidance. You will also have a dedicated performance coach that will assist your learning and progression towards personal success.

It is imperative that you receive industry leading training from the pioneers, in order to become successful in your recruitment career.

Huxley Associates first 12 months is an intensive training programme designated in London and across the UK Engineering teams. You will meet with colleagues from Europe in undertaking master-classes to improve your ability and performance.

After your training the sky is the limit; with the average consultant billing £180,000 +. Our work environment is Entrepreneurial and the successful
