This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a flourishing call centre that due to an amazing start to the year are looking for TEN additional Telesales Executive / Call Centre / Customer Service to join the expanding sales team based in Surrey.
Your role as a Telesales Executive / Call Centre / Customer Service will be:
*Selling cruises by matching to our customer needs
*Work with the team to answer all sales calls
*Achieve and maximise sales conversions from every call to ensure the Company, team and individual targets are met
*Maximise revenue by up-selling itineraries, upgrades and other value added amenities
*Maximise performance of sales and marketing campaigns by promoting, and selling, Royal, Celebrity Cruises
*Become brand experts within the Company
*Consistently meet and exceed the Company's Quality Assurance Standards
*Participate in departmental projects / campaigns
To apply for the Telesales Executive / Call Centre / Customer Service position
you will have:
*The ability to influence and use persuasive tactics for all calls to convert into bookings
*Telesales, call centre, outbound or inbound experience sales
*Used to closing sales calls
*Up selling experience.
*Passionate and driven to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets
*Enthusiastic and sales driven with a proven track record within a dynamic sales environment
*Understanding of the sales cycle and excellent closing skills
*Be able to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively via the telephone
*Demonstrate and exercise excellent listening skills
*Highly self-motivated with the ability and initiative to perform well under the pressures of a busy sales environment
*Have good IT skills and the ability to learn and use multiple systems effectively
*Ability to work independently and also within a team
*Be flexible, resilient and have a 'can do' attitude
*Successful objection handling experience a must
*Able to demonstrate good customer service skills

Hours of work are 5 days per week with Early shifts which starts at 8.45am for 7.5hrs, Late shift 10:30 for 7.5hrs, Late shifts finish 7.00pm.
Sat 9.00 - 5.15 pm, 9.30 - 6.00 pm, Sun 11:00 - 5.00 pm. You would work four Saturdays out of five and one Sunday in five.
