Job Description
* Travelling to candidate's places of work assessing on CCLD up to level 3
* Interviewing of candidates, initial assessment and preparation of Individual Learning Plans
* Delivering underpinning knowledge
* marking candidates work and cross referencing to NVQ criteria
* Set targets for the completion of work and regularly monitor candidates progress towards achievement
The Person
* Educated to a minimum level 3 in a relevant area
* Extensive vocational competence
* A1 award
