This role will be key to supporting the Planning Manager managing in a variety of deliverables to support the continued and varied functions of the FP&R team while the current staff will be on secondment.


Systems:
o       Monitoring ledger close
o       Testing & reconciling ERP system
o       Documenting processes
o       Processing cost centre and compliance with new cost centre policy
o       Ad hoc support to Controllers
 
Management reporting:
o       Flash sales reporting
o       Support Function and Commercial expenditure reporting
o       Consolidation of Group Management Reporting Pack 
 
Financial Planning:
o       Loading forecasts and budgets into the Planning system
o       Model building as required
o       Ad hoc analytical support


3 month contract with a possibility of an extension
