Confident and adept when dealing with suppliers, customers awarding bodies and others.

A working knowledge of Awarding Body requirements, LSC and other interested stakeholders

Experience of managing complex sub-contract relationships.

Some management of learning programmes and curriculum development will be preferred.

Creative, responsive, able to work under pressure and to tight time-scales and deadlines.

This role is for a highly experience training manager and candidates MUST be able to demonstrate experience of running and developing training as well as managing staff, and all sub-contract delivery through a network of sub-contractor training providers.
