Assistant Branch Manager
We are currently recruiting for a leading retail banking organisation in Leatherhead - Surrey for an assistant bank manager.
Working within a busy flagship branch you will be for working with an experienced branch manager to deliver outstanding service and sales results.
As an Assistant Branch Manager your key responsibilities will include:
· Setting the pace, tone and standards for up to 15 direct reports
· Help coordinate the efforts of specialists such as mortgage advisors and local business managers so the branch delivers a seamless service to its customers
· Support the Branch Manager in developing your area's business plan based on your local insights and commercial acumen, and then ensure your branch is fully equipped to reach its goals
· You'll also be an inspirational leader who can take the reins when the Branch Manager is away and provide clear direction, coaching and support

To be successful in this role you will require:
*A good understanding of service, sales and control processes and procedures. Holding the ability to implement business plans to improve aspects effectively where required.
*Being able to develop, motivate, coach and support staff to ensure branch objectives and targets are reached and exceeded
*A good level of experience in leading, motivating and influencing successful teams allowing the branch to provide the very best customer service, meet individual customer needs and achieve service and sales targets.
*Strong communication skills and a passion to ensure branch staff are well trained and motivated, and have the latest information in order to provide the best service to the customers
