They are used but in good condition, i bought them in June and used the Wii + board a few times so still in great condition. Some of the games have marks and a few scratches but they all work fine....I have played them so I know.

Please note that the Wii has a small red mark, dont know how it got on there but it doesnt affect the console what so ever. It will be all in original Wii packaging.
