Sap Consultant
Required: SAP ERP Technical Consultant
Role: Based in Reading a position has arisen within a market leading organisation for a SAP Consultant to join a recognised team. Reporting to the Development Manager the successful candidate will take ownership for end to end software development, ranging from BA Support, Functional Analysis, Design and implementation of component technology.
Taking the lead role in designing how systems will work, where customisation is needed and understanding the impacts on other parts of the technical landscape, you will make tough decisions to drive growth through your deep understanding of technical areas to support the volume of change that is occurring across the major technology streams.
The appropriate applicant will Act as the Representative of the technology component stack within the Design Authority (where appropriate), take ownership for the design and development governance within a specific technology stack, including systems integration, Review the quality of all programme deliverables and assist in obtaining acceptance and sign-off. You will also manage the risks and issues in various technology areas, reporting on progress and risks to the Project / Programme Manager as required.
Principle Skills
SAP, ERP, Microsoft and Java
Commercial track record of several full software development life cycles, iterative and waterfall
Proven ability to take ownership for "end to end" delivery
Solid track record of leading and managing teams of 30+ staff.
Background of designing and developing complex business solutions across multiple business environments utilising a variety of technology streams
