The Company

Our clients have a vacancy for a Female Project Manager to work at the Transitional Support and Living Scheme for Young Adults ranging from ages 18 - 25. The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week to be worked flexibly to include evenings and weekends, according to the needs of the service.

The Role

The role will involve taking responsibility for the operational management of a high quality supported living service and community support service for people with learning disabilities located in the Barnet area. To ensure that the service provided is responsive to the needs and preferences of service users and their families. To ensure that all contract requirements and expectations are fully met.

You will be acting as the CSCI Registered Manager and ensuring that all the requirements are met or exceeded across the service.

Also ensuring that service users receive individualised person centred support which enables them to enjoy a fulfilling and valued life, to participate in the community and to develop their abilities as fully as possible.

The role will also require the successful applicant to deputise for the Service Manager / Director and to be responsible for the management and overall quality of the service in her absence.

In Return

Starting salary is up to £27,282 per annum and is dependent on qualifications, experience and current salary. (Please note applicants without professional qualifications may be appointed on a lower scale to be agreed)
Additional payments of £28.00 is payable per night for sleep in's as worked
All waking nights of a minimum of 10 hours duration will attract an additional payment of £12.00 for each night actually worked.
Holidays are 25 days plus statutory days
