Our client is one of the UKs fastest growing national law firms. Their profile and reputation enable them to attract some of the best lawyers in the business.
Their property litigation team is currently experiencing a new level of growth and in line with this they seek a paralegal to support the existing team of lawyers. The team currently acts for residential management agents and runs a debt recovery and case management system with a large and increasing caseload.
The successful candidate will have prior exposure of working within a legal department, under pressure and to deadline. You will also be happy to undertake a large caseload and the pressures and administration that this involves. You will have a strong working knowledge of Word and Excel, some knowledge of Laserforms and solicitors accounting procedures would be useful but is not essential.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be happy to be client facing, a good team player and happy to take instruction and also work under your own steam. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the profession's biggest property litigation teams and although the role is offered initially for six months, there is always the chance that hard work and success will be rewarded further.
