TND insulation Ltd is seeking to employ several sales agents nationwide. We are a new company formed from an existing one and specialise in blown fibre insulation both thermal and acoustic. The existing company has 10 years experience of sound suppression installations over the UK and is looking to enhance current advertisement with a more direct approach.

The positions include a basic salary but are largely commission based with the potential to earn a substantial amount but this is dependant on hours committed and sales experience. For example an average acoustic installation using blown fibre is £3600 + VAT. Commission rates would be dependent on whether the lead was self-generated (25%) or provided by the office (15%). Further information on commission, hours and basic salary will be discussed at interview.

The scope of the sales would firstly be acoustic followed by thermal and then full acoustic solutions. The type of customer you would be selling to would range from domestic households as well as business to business.

Full training, sales contracts and full administrative support will be provided.
