This is a great opportunity to work for one of the UK leading Debt Collection companies who have a big call centre based in the Fleet. Due massive growth they now require Collections Call Centre/Telesales/Customer Services people to join the ever expanding call centre team.

My client is a market leader in the purchase, management and collection of both performing and sub-performing consumer debt. For over 20 years, they have delivered outstanding credit management solutions to a wide variety of household names in consumer finance from across the UK.
As a Call Centre/Telesales/Customer Services you will be responsible for negotiating the settlement of outstanding debt on behalf of the company's clients.
The person they look for will have some call centre or telephone experience preferable within a call centre but full training is given. You will have worked in shift patterns or not have any issues with working this way. You may have experience of telesales, call centre, telemarketer, debt collections, shift work, targeted working environment, sales executive, customer care, customer services or call centre agent.

The Call Centre/Telesales/Customer Services agent will work a 35 hour week and need to provide cover from
Shift pattern:
2 x early days per week - 08:00 - 14:30
2 x late days per week - 14:30 - 21:00
Every other Friday (every other Friday off) - 08:00 - 19:00 (90 minutes break)
One Saturday per month - 09:00 - 15:30
One Sunday per month - 10:00 - 16:00
