Operations Manager
Predominantly working from home as Operations Manager,You will have:
-Between 5-10 years management experience in an operations role
-Excellent knowledge of service delivery.
-Experience in Network Operation Centres or Service Desk environments
-Experience of managing service level agreements
-Extensive experience of managing multi-national operational support and delivery teams, with a One Team approach management style.
-Excellent understanding of ITIL / ETOM frameworks
-Experience of defining and managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
-Demonstrated relationship management experience.
-Commercial negotiation skills
-Culturally aware and able to manage through cultural differences.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be willing to take a hands-on approach where necessary
-Setting direction of the team - delivering Remote Technical Support, Repair and Exchange Services Field Maintenance and On site Technical Support
-Manage delivery of services to the Key Performance Indicators.
-Act as operational escalation contact for customer and third party suppliers
-Identify revenue opportunities and direct them in to the organization
-Lead operational management
-Develop and execute business strategies related to operations activities,
-Provide leadership for operations initiatives.
-Drive Lean/Value Stream Mapping opportunities.
-Effectively develop 3rd party relationships
-Capture of supplier performance data.
