Penny is the founder and CEO of a specialist leadership development company, working with many of the UK’s top companies and directors. Her company has developed a leadership programme that aims to lead to both personal success and improvements in performance at work.

Penny has recently won She magazine Business Woman of the Year 2008, which is awarded to women who have shown entrepreneurial spirit in achieving success in their particular business.

If you want to pick up some tips and learn how to develop your leadership skills, then join us on Thursday 3 July 2008 at 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start at Wokingham Town Hall, Market Place, Wokingham.
