We are a couple of young professionals looking for a clean, modern house or flat in the Reading area. Ideally with a garden and off road parking but willing to compromise. Would need to be within walking distance of Reading West Station or short bus journey from Reading Station. We have lived in our current place for 3 years so commitment is no issue- references available on request. We are both non smokers and are reliable, easygoing tenants.
