The Referral and Assessment Team located in West Berkshire are currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Social Worker interested in being the first point of contact with the families and trying to find more about the difficulties facing the family.

You will:
. Undertake the assessment of children, families and carers using the relevant assessment framework
. Develop and participate in care plans
. Speak with families and the children to help find out what problems they are facing
. Preapre and present reports

You must have:
. Diploma in Social Work
. A valid enhanced CRB
. GSCC registration
