My client is actively looking for an experienced Housing Officer for an immediate start to work for a Housing Association based in Reading, Berkshire.

The position is full time and the contract is temporary.

The key role of this post is to provide an exceptionally high level of Housing Management services to tenants in a particular geographical area.

Your main duties will be:

- Estate and tenancy management
- Rent arrears recovery
- Benefits advice
- Community Development
- Management of void properties
- Letting of properties and garages
- Repairs ordering
- Assist in the selection of new tenants for void properties and dealing with all tenant complaints
- Monitor anti-social behaviour and neighbour disputes and take appropriate action

This post requires and enhanced CRB check and you must have access to a car.
