Chef de Partie
1 AA Rossettes restaurant is looking for a Chef de Partie with at least two years of experience within the kitchen environment. You will be assisting the Head Chef, Sous Chef with the production of all foods for all menus and you will be responsible for the Commis Chef.
Main Duties and Responsibilities for this role:
* Prepare mis-en-place for all menus
* Prepare, cook and present food as per kitchen manual, including staff meals.
* Ensurre correct portion control as instructed be Head Chef.
* Operate and clean equipment correctly and safely adhering to cleaning and maintenance schedules.
* Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe and tidy at all times.
* Supervise commis chefs and assist in their training.
* Control the security of Company's stocks and property.
* Adhere to all regulations in respect of health, safety, hygiene, guest safety, fire regulations, emergency procedures.
* Responsible for the hygiene and safe keeping of all fridges and equipment in your section.
* To be clean and tidy and presentable at all times.
* To be on time and ready to work for all shifts.
