There is a seperate kitchenette and toilet and shower room, that is only used with 1 other person.

There is access to broadband and washer.

The house has a freindly atmosphere and we all get along well with each other,

The room is based on the first floor of the house wich has 2 bedrooms a seperate kitchenette and shower room and toilet so there is lots of privacy.
