1 Step: Switch on it & leave for 30 seconds untill it's warm-

2. Step: Place your Chapatti on top of the Tandoor / Oven & leave on top untill the Chapatti becomes slightly brown.

3 Step: open the door of the Tandoor & place the Roti in the Tandoor / Oven & close the door. Leave the Roti , Naan inside untill it has risen then carefully turn the Chapatti around using utensils and leave on the other side until it is also browned & risen.
