We have a single room available for a female to rent immediately. The house is situated very close to Reading Town Centre (5-10 minutes walk). Off Southampton Street.

We are looking for a clean girl as the house has been newly decorated and is in top condition. We are a couple (with no children) and so would prefer the house to be a non-smoking house as well. No pets/children please.

The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, desk, bed, and a bedside cabinet

The room is £250 per month excluding bills.
