Food and Beverage Manager required for our client - a hotel in Berkshire

As Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of all the food, beverage and conference / banqueting operations within this hotel along with your team.

Our client is looking for a good all round back ground to include previous experience at a similar level. Good management skills, a sales and standards focus, budgeting, financial and administration skills a long with a hands on approach are also essential. Ideally you will hold a personal license and the role will require that you are responsible for H&S issues including the delivery of statutory training

Salary for this role is iro £20,000 - £22,000 / per annum / live out
