Chef de partie for a hotel, accommodation can be provided if required to work in a Quality 3 Star hotel.
Must have NVQ level 2 in Food, or equivalent, and a health and hygiene certificate, with some previous similar experience.
This is a Mediterranean restaurant, knowledge of kitchen finance would be an advantage. You will have some in-house training. Will be reporting on a day to day basis to the executive chef.
Will be running a kitchen in a brigade of three chefs producing Mediterranean food to a high standard. Other duties include stock ordering and staff training. Also accommodation can be provided if required.
The Salary is between £15,000-£16,000 per year. You will be working 45 hrs aweek over 5 days, between 6.30am to 10.30 pm.
