This company is a specialist sports retailer with a huge on-line presence. They are expanding and looking to recruit a strong, experienced Retail Assistant Manager to help them achieve their growth targets.

You will have a solid background in Retail Management, with specific experience in driving sales and profitability, managing poor performance and building a team culture.

A pro-active approach in expected from this company so the ideal candidate must demonstrate a track record in successfully driving sales and profits. You will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer services.

It would be a distinct benefit if you have experience in sports sales or retail, however a passion and knowledge for sports would also be considered an advantage. It is essential that you are a retail manager with a proven track record of delivering results.
