Relief Sous Chef required for village pub, just getting ready for a grand new opening.

The pub has always had a very good reputation for good quality food and the new owners have revamped the interior and have appointed a new head chef to help develop the business even further.

You will be a hard working and ambitious chef who will be able to help the Head Chef to open the kitchen and develop the menus, the role is potentially ongoing for the right person. You will have a passion for food.
