I have a double room to rent in my (bohemian style) house.
£380 per month (or £400 if you want a parking permit) + £350 deposit.
The house is in Wilson Road, just off Oxford Road on main bus route (20 min walk into town).
It's a two bedroom house with a small garden situated 5 minutes from Prospect Park. I have two friendly house-ferrets (unusual eh?), it's just like having two small cats roaming around without the meowing - their hobby is sleeping!
The rent includes all bills (not landline phone), Sky, wireless broadband, clean bed linen provided fortnightly.
